1 cup flour
1 /4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1 /2 cup melted butter
2 egg whites
2 tbsp lemon juice
10 fl. oz. whipping cream
2 cups crushed strawberries
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine flour, brown sugar, almonds, and butter , spread in 8"x8" pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir a few times. Cool. Once cooled, press 2/3 mixture in pan to Great a crust. Beat egg whites and sugar until slightly stiff. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Combine egg, whipping cream, lemon juice, and strawberries. Spread over crust. Freeze 3 to 6 hours. Cut into squares, serve.
